Our Origins
The genesis of the Northville Community Support Fund started some time ago, with the idea evolving from 42 local neighborhood gatherings. During these meetings, citizens were asked how they could engage in the community with their time and talents.
Shortly before the end of 2019, Mayor Brian Turnbull sent letters to the 397 members of the Chamber of Commerce asking them how they wanted to be involved in Northville community activities. The response was immediate, resulting in over 150 meetings with individual business folks who were excited to share their ideas.
An offshoot to all this was the formation of special task forces working on unique projects to enrich the City of Northville, Northville Township and our surrounding communities.
Finally, to provide a long-term foundation of financial support, the Northville Community Support Fund (NCSF) was established in late 2020.

To support Northville Community (City of Northville & Northville Township) projects and initiatives designed to enhance the quality of life for our citizens and visitors.
Our Why
The Northville Community has a rich history as a vibrant and growing community. Opportunities exist to support the arts, music, education programs, public & private projects and amenities that will benefit Northville Community residents, visitors and businesses. The mission of NCSF is to provide funding for these endeavors through charitable contributions.
